Costs & Fees.

Although the costs and fees to live in Specialist Disability Accommodation or a property are stipulated by the NDIS, we work with you to agree on the fees and costs payable within the guidelines of the NDIS. We discuss and agree with you prior to signing a service agreement.

The service agreement will clearly state what you will be required to pay, and you will only sign if you agree that the charges are reasonable and in keeping with the NDIS pricing guidelines and requirements.
