As the name suggests, we are in the business of providing pathways for members of our community living with a disability to access the most suitable, safe and comfortable home that is in keeping with their individual needs and choices. We are an accredited and approved NDIS service provider for the provision of SDA all across Australia. We believe in working closely with other entities in the disability sector that we can immediately direct you to, should the need arise, such as equipment suppliers, support planners, home support services, and therapists of different disciplines.
